The following terms used in this document have the meanings given below:

• "499bd" or "Platform" — The 499bd.lat website and all services, games, and features under it.
• "Member" / "User" — Any person who has registered with 499bd or is using the platform.
• "Account" — A member's personal gaming profile and wallet.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit or reward granted by 499bd.
• "Taka" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to participate on 499bd. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing a false age during registration will result in immediate account closure, and all balances in that account may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraudulent activity.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number, payment details — must be complete, true, and accurate. If incorrect or false information is provided, 499bd may request identity verification documents during the account verification process. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the information is verified.

2.4 Restricted Regions

Using 499bd from a country or region where online gaming is entirely prohibited under local law is at the user's own risk. Each member is responsible for complying with the laws of their own country.

3.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Sharing your login details with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 499bd support immediately.

3.2 Session Responsibility

All transactions and bets placed while you are logged into your account will be treated as your own activity, unless you have notified 499bd of an account compromise in a timely manner.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If your registered details change (mobile number, payment method), notifying the support team is mandatory. 499bd will not be responsible for any transaction delays or failures caused by outdated information.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 499bd is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification Requirements

For large withdrawal amounts, 499bd may request additional documents to verify identity. This is done to prevent money laundering and to protect user security.

4.4 Transaction Issues

If you experience a problem with a deposit or withdrawal, contact the support team within 24 hours. Keep the transaction reference number. If the same amount is deposited twice, the second transaction will be returned.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it becomes withdrawable. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagers must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses can only be used on games within the 499bd platform.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If evidence of fraudulent bonus use is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or any other currency.

5.4 VIP Program

The 499bd VIP program has five tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%; Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play. 499bd reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

5.5 Promotion Validity

Each promotion has its own validity period. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after the period ends. 499bd reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

499bd uses technology from verified software providers to ensure fair and transparent results in all games. The outcome of Random Number Generator (RNG) based games cannot be influenced by any external factor.

6.2 Right to Void Bets

If a technical error, software failure, or irregular gameplay is detected, 499bd reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the bet amount.

6.3 Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during play, 499bd will determine the outcome of that bet based on the data recorded on the server. 499bd is not responsible for losses caused by connection issues.

6.4 Live Game Policy

In live casino or live dealer games, the dealer's announcement and the server's record are final. In the event of any dispute, server logs will be treated as the authoritative record.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 499bd:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's identity to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating games through software or any automated tools (bots).
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability to influence game outcomes.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening, defrauding, or harassing other users of the platform.
• Making false claims or providing misleading information to the support team.
• Attempting to gain abnormal winnings by taking advantage of any system error.

If a prohibited activity is proven, 499bd will immediately and permanently close the account and reserves the right to forfeit all balances.

All content on the 499bd website — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, source code, and databases — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 499bd or its respective content providers. Members may not do the following:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform.
• Reverse engineer or analyse the source code.
• Claim any part of the game or platform as their own.
• Sell or transfer the platform's technology to third parties.

Third-party game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others — hold their own respective intellectual property rights and trademarks.

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Identification as a minor.
